According to the decision of the Scientific Council of the V. N. Karazin KhNU, a postgraduate course in the specialty 011 Educational and pedagogical sciences has been opened at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Education.

The goal of the educational and scientific program "Educational and Pedagogical Sciences" is to provide fundamental theoretical and practical training of competent pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical workers of the new generation, capable of effective implementation of innovative pedagogical and scientific research activities in the field of educational and pedagogical sciences on the basis of compliance with the norms of academic integrity with the aim of increasing the scientific and educational potential of the region and the country in general, intensifying the integration of Ukraine into the European and world educational and scientific space. The term of training in graduate school is 4 years. 

In 2023-2024 The training of graduate students will begin in full-time and part-time forms of education at the expense of legal entities and individuals (no state-ordered education is provided this year). Postgraduate training includes completion of the appropriate educational program in the specialty for 2 years and conducting own scientific research. Attestation of applicants for higher education with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy is carried out by a one-time specialized academic council based on the public defense of the dissertation work.

At the educational and scientific institute of international education, the training of those who have obtained the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education will be carried out by highly qualified specialists who have many years of experience in teaching and supervising the work of postgraduate students on the dissertation, including 6 doctors of pedagogical sciences, professors: S. Belyaev, S. Kulish, V. Lunyachek, O. Kabatska, N. Tkachova, N. Ushakova.
