Starting from September 1, 2024, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University is opening new opportunities for foreign citizens and stateless individuals. They will now be able to pursue education through dual degree programmes in full-time (offline) mode at Moldova State University. Instruction will be offered in either Ukrainian or English, allowing students from various countries to choose the most convenient option for them. The available programmes include:
